Shipping Information
We ship to all countries across Europe, shipping times are typically 3-4 business days but can vary and in transit delays can occur. For all our Sim Rigs, Seats and Accessories, packing and dispatch time is 1 business day. Shipping prices can be found by adding items to your cart, selecting your delivery country and inserting your address information, shipping costs start from €27.95
Your order's delivery is fully tracked, and Full tracking information is provided to you, so you will be able to keep up-to-date with your packages. Your items will arrive quickly, and we use the most reliable & trusted couriers including DPD, UPS and GLS, with whom we have a track record of success.

Will I need to be in to sign for my order?
Ideally, yes.
Due to the high-value of the items we sell, most delivery services that we use will require a signature to confirm successful delivery. Tracking is sent prior to delivery, so you know when the packages are being delivered, and can make arrangements to stay in.
If you cannot be in that day, our couriers offer a variety of delivery arrangements for maximum convenience, including rescheduling to another day, fixed-time delivery, redelivery to alternative addresses. We will endeavour to accommodate your delivery request, so that you need not worry about not being in to accept a delivery - if you have specific delivery requirements, please contact us prior to ordering so we can confirm we can accommodate them.
Note - some services including DPD may offer a 'Safe Place' for delivery. We send the packages for delivery to your specified delivery address only, and a signature will be required upon delivery. If you select 'Safe Place' delivery for your package(s), full liability for the package(s) transfers to you immediately, irrespective of if that is prior to the first delivery attempt. We do not recommend using the Safe Place feature.
How do I track my order and get delivery updates?
All orders are sent using a trackable delivery service. You will be provided with a tracking number prior to the delivery, which you will be able to use to monitor progress of your delivery. We typically use DPD, UPS and GLS for deliveries, with other couriers available on request.
We recommend you provide your mobile number at checkout, so we may share it with the delivery companies in accordance with our terms and conditions. By doing so, the delivery company is able to text you delivery updates, and the delivery drivers may choose to ring you prior to delivery/if they need to call you about your delivery. Where applicable, you will also get email updates. Not all couriers offer these services, so if you are unsure, please contact us in advance to confirm.
I am from Norway or Switzerland, can you ship to me?
Yes, we can!
By default, all prices on this website include all local taxes (such as VAT), however for Norway and Switzerland whom are outside of the EU single market, we can remove these local taxes from the product price, so that you are only charged the net value. You will then be liable to pay any of your local taxes/charges upon delivery.
